Note: reaching us by telephone can be difficult as I am out of building
quite often and DO NOT carry a cell phone. Email is the prefered method of contact.
We require verification of items in stock before any item may be ordered.
This is because items are mostly one-of-a-kind and stock changes daily.
(keeping track of 200,000 items is no easy task - this is a 1 person business)
You MUST give a description of item (example: transformer, power,....not just "transformer" by itself)
Give stock number and a good description of item when doing a stock check or placing an order.
If stock number has an *asterisk in front of it, then it must be included as part of stock #.
All prices listed are for quantity of 1 unless specified otherwise.
If doing a stock check from our web site please mention this in your e-mail/letter. Note: All prices are subject to change. Any item may be return for refund with 7 days.
Due to many factors we require a minimum order of $20.00 combined for all items.

Shipping is normally by USPS Priority Mail, or small weight orders by First Class Mail
For heavy orders we ship by UPS, please give street address, no P.O. Box numbers!
On small orders under 1 pound we can ship by Priority Mail, cost is $4.80 (rates increased 2008)

Ohio residents must add 6.5% sales tax.

Note: DO NOT waste your time or ours trying to get your payment for order to come out
to the exact amount - it never does! We have a simple method - if you send too much money you get a refund, if you send too little money than a note will be placed in order box.

Payment by money order if order over $50.00 and this is your first order.
